This plan is designed for potential enrollees who require medical services that are considered to be exclusive. The enrollee will have to undergo a comprehensive medical examination at the point of registration which will then determine what the premium will be. There is no fixed premium for this plan and the enrollee will be examined every year to determine increase or reduction in the risk and thus the premium charged.
